Accio June 28th!

Hello again! Sorry, I've completely succeeded to ignore this blog once again. I'm so good at this... heh.

So, what's new in my life?
First of all, it's currently the last week of school! Only few days left and then my first year of upper High School is over. Time goes by so fast sometimes. It feels like it's been only a few months since I started in my new school, but look, it's been almost 10 months and a whole school year!
Secondly, I'm writing in English... Noticed that, did you? Huh. Basically, just for fun and for the sake of tomorrow's English exam, I'm now writing this blog in English for now. I haven't actually studied my English book or anything, I'm that confident that I'm gooood. Lol... Thought, I'm probably going to skim over the word exam words just in case. One can never be too sure. :'D

So, I've received a bit more information about my upcoming language course (Oxford <3), and I'm leaving from Helsinki-Vantaa airport on June 28th. The other studenst will be there too, and we all group up and get into the plane. I'm frickin' excited already!
Pretty nervous about the flying thought. I've flown a few times before, but last time I got like really sick, and it wasn't a pleasant feeling. But I hope that this time, I'll be okay. Fortunately it's only a few hours flight, there isn't much time to get overly sick! Heh.

Ughh, I wish it was summer already. I want to speak English and meet new people and walk on the British soil. And if I'm lucky (not going to happen!), maybe I'll even get a peek one of the "famous british people", like David Tennant, Matt Smith, Charlie McDonnell or someone... Lol, have to remember to carry my camera around so I can take pictures. After I've glomped them with fangirl hugs, that's it.
... Okay, time to leave the dreamland. I'm not going to meet anyone famous just because I'm suddenly in the same country as they are. *eyeroll* If it was that easy, I would have met lots of Finnish celeribities already, like... Uh, I dunno. Is there even any proper Finnish celebrities?

I'll get my information packages about hostfamilies and stuff only few weeks before we leave. It's a shame, really. It would be nice to try and contact them via email or something, but a week might not bee enough time. Especially if they're not "computer people" like me and check their emails once in an hour. xD

I've made a list, and on top of the list is this: "Raid every bookstore you see for Torchwood / Doctor Who-books."
I hate that books are so darn expensive in Finland. They cost from 15 euros to 50 euros. Can you believe that? That's way too expensive for book-loving students like me!

Time for the usual youtube video/music:
